\n5 large apples – peeled, sliced and ground (do not grind the apples)
\n1 1\/2 cups maple sugar (syrup will work)
\n1\/2 cup orange juice concentrate
\n1\/3 cup molasses
\n1 cup butter
\n1\/4 cup apple cider vinegar
\n1 1\/4 cup raisins
\n3\/4 cup currents
\n2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
\n1 tsp. cinnamon
\n1\/2 tsp. nutmeg
\n1\/2 tsp. ground cloves
\n1\/2 tsp. ground allspice
\n1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n

Cook meat before grinding. Do not use hamburger.
\nBrown meat in dutch oven-strain out oil\/fat when cooked.
\nMelt butter and add all ingredients stirring constantly until well mixed.
