1 pound brussel sprouts – pre-boiled
\n1\/2 pound bacon – fried crispy and crumbled
\n1 cup cheese – shredded (jack, havariti\u2026..)
\n1\/2 cup butter
\n1\/2 cup cream
\n1 tbsp. maple syrup
\n1 onion – chopped and pre fry in bacon grease
\nSalt
\nPepper
\nSpice (optional) – old bay, Tony\u2019s<\/p>\n

Pre boil brussel sprouts and cut large ones in half.
\nMelt butter and cheese and blend with cream.
\nAdd other ingredients and mix .
\nPour over brussel sprouts in a baking pan. (Bread pan)
\nSprinkle cheese on top. (Parm\u2026\u2026)
