Boiled Maple Syrup Icing

2 eggs whites
1 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a pot before putting it into the double boiler with your water already boiling.
Beat with a hand mixer in double boiler until stiff peaks form when you take the beaters out (5-10 minutes) At the end add 1 tsp. vanilla. Don’t stop beating until you remove pan.
